Olaf Schulz	d2004964cb	Derive release version from debian changelog ... • Replace fixed RELEASE_VERSION variable in Makefile by automatic generation. • The manual set of this variable by './release' was removed. • Remove dist-folder from clean-target because we want hold the results.
