Subject: [PATCH] Eins der beiden Doppelartikulations-Suprasegmentalia war als
 combining character drin, das andere als einzelnes Zeichen. Sinnvoll ist es
 aber laut
 <https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationales_Phonetisches_Alphabet#Suprasegmentalia>
 nur als combining character. So oder so sollten jedenfalls beide vom gleichen
 Typ sein.
